At SPELLROO GAMING, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance apparel; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging with all hangtags attached to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
